I am a college student at the University of Washington majoring in psychology and I'm very passionate about promoting and spreading awareness about mental health, especially within youth communities. We have come a long way in terms of conversations and practices around mental health, but I believe there is still much more work that needs to be done in destigmatizing and making therapy accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic background. I hope to work towards these goals through my collaboration with JeevaHealth.

Mental health is essential in our day-to-day lives, and it is important that we stay proactive in trying to help ourselves as well as other people. I am passionate about providing help and support to those who need it and I believe that providing feedback and helping with JeevaHealth's app is a great way to contribute something meaningful to the broader picture of mental health.

Living in a world where everything is shifting online, the Jeeva Digital Health app is one of the most progressive platforms I've seen to maintain clinical validity while increasing accessibility and outreach to my generation and those after. As a Hispanic, Gen-Z woman and student, I understand the cultural disparities and stigmas surrounding mental health education and accessibility that I hope can be bridged through my contribution to Jeeva Health.

I am a high school student at Basis Independent Silicon Valley. In my free time, I like to play table tennis and am a 700+ rated player in USATT. I took an online public health course at Cornell; ever since, I have been interested in the pandemic, science, and nature. So from time to time, I read scientific articles and other magazines like Scientific American. I like to capture my passions and interests as an intern at JeevaHealth.
